Summer Stem Camps Teach Students to Build a Drone!

Summer science camps are being offered in June at nearby high schools through the Stem Bus/Stem Revolution programs. One camp will focus on drones. Drone technology is revolutionizing everyday life and projected to be a multibillion-dollar industry over the next ten years. Campers will form entrepreneurial teams to learn about aerodynamics and build their own drone. They’ll develop flight safety and operational skills, plan search and rescue missions, and even collect aerial imagery! Drone racing through an obstacle course and flying using First Person View (FPV) goggles provides an even more immersive experience.
There are several other camp curriculums to choose from, such as arduino laser tag and virtual reality gaming! Follow the link to find out more information!
