Volleyball Puts Smack Down on Mountain Home!

The 7th grade A volleyball team secured a dominating win over Mountain Home last night beating the Tigers in two with scores of 25-6 and 25-13. The Cougars had their best offensive game of the season, serving 93% from the line and setting the ball up for multiple attacks at the net. Everyone on the team contributed to last night's win, great game ladies!

Our 8th grade A team also won their match in two quick games thanks to a couple of great serving runs by Jada Scott and Evelyn Ariaza. Mariah Abrego and Emily Calderon also added to the win with some great passing saves and quick feet. So far we are on a 3 game winning streak, so let's keep it up!!!

Yesterday afternoon in the Syringa gym, your 8th grade Cougar volleyball players swept the Tigers from Mt. Home.  It started with the B team jumping out to a quick start and an early lead, 8-3. From that point on it was all Caldwell, with your cougars winning the game 25-9. Julia Rodriguez served for 8 points in that game.  The second game started with Sophia Gallegos serving for 12 points straight with some powerful serves. Lots of hustle by the Cougars when the ball did come back led to an easy for the cougars 25-10.

The 7th grade b volleyball team defeated the Mtn. Home tigers in 2 straight matches 25-9 and 25-11. The ladies served great! And were on top of their game.
