Empowering Parents is an Idaho state program that provides grant funds for eligible parents and guardians to purchase education-related resources and services for their students, such as Internet connectivity, hardware and computer software, instructional materials, tutoring services, educational services and therapy.

Eligible Idaho families with students from kindergarten through grade 12 will have access to $1,000 per eligible student, with a maximum award of $3,000 per family. The first wave of grants will be awarded to eligible families with an adjusted gross income of $60,000 or less per year.
